Consistently courteous staff, very early check-in and lovely bar. Great and absolutely perfect position in the comfortable area, short walk to the city center for sightseeing, bus station and tram station and nearby public transport.

The hotel is modern and neat, nestled in a very nice boutique building with particularly nice view on an inner garden. The location is central. Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles is a district that deserves exploring. The venue has a stunning restaurant for our first night dinner.

Modern hotel with nicely decorated rooms, great views on an inner garden. Local food, generous and unlimited breakfast. The location magnificent close to the shopping district. Based near multiple tram routes, Brussels and centre and tram links. Very early check-in and good service. Easy check-out.

Traveling to Brussels for work, I stayed at Hotel The Neufchatel for a week. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. The breakfast selection was excellent and delicious. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Gare du Midi and Avenue Louise, with shops nearby. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. a great experience and I would definitely return.

The lobby and breakfast room are quite spectacular with a 5* feeling. Breakfast is varied, and there is something there for every taste. The internet connection is flimsy at times, but overall the signal strength is really good. Payment can be made via a range of different credit cards without surcharge.
The rooms are quite small and corwded, the was very soft and somewhat dented. Overall the rooms could use some renovation.
